At Trishnaé, each piece is thoughtfully crafted and carefully packed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. While we do
not offer refunds once an order has been placed, we aim to maintain fairness and transparency when it comes
to cancellations or rare instances of product issues.
This policy outlines how cancellations and exceptional refund situations are managed at Trishnaé.

General Overview

1.1 This Cancellations & Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through www.trishnae.com, operated by Trishnaé (“we”, “us”, “our”).

1.2 By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in this Policy, which should be read in conjunction with our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Exchange Policy.

1.3 All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). For international orders, final charges may vary based on currency conversion by your payment provider.​

Order Cancellations

2.1 Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2.2 To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@trishnae.com with your order number.

2.3 If the cancellation is approved before dispatch, the payment will be reversed to your original mode of payment within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

2.4 Once an order has entered the shipping stage, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.​

Size Availability

3.1 Trishnaé garments are available in sizes S, M, L, and XL.

3.2 Each size is offered in Petite, Regular, and Tall height options to help customers find a more suitable fit.

3.3 Customers are encouraged to review the size guide carefully before placing an order.

3.4 Since multiple size and height combinations are available, refunds based on size preference are not applicable. Exchanges may be requested as per our Exchange Policy.​

Refunds

4.1 Trishnaé does not offer refunds once an order has been dispatched or delivered.

4.2 Refunds are only applicable in the following situations:

  • Order cancelled before dispatch
  • Product unavailable after payment confirmation

4.3 Approved refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.

4.4 Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the cancellation is initiated by Trishnaé.​

Approved refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days.

05.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

5.1 If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. 

5.2 Email support@trishnae.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photographs of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

5.3 Once validated, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. 

5.4 Items must be unused and returned with original tags and packaging intact.

06.

Non-Cancellable Orders

The following orders cannot be cancelled: 

  • Orders that have already been dispatched
  • Orders already delivered
  • Products requested for exchange after the exchange window

07.

Order Unavailbility

7.1 In the unlikely event that a product becomes unavailable after payment, our team will notify you within 48 hours.

7.2 A full refund will be issued to the original mode of payment.

08.

International Orders

8.1 Due to logistics and customs limitations, cancellations are not available for international orders once confirmed.

8.2 In case of defective or incorrect deliveries, please contact support@trishnae.com within 48 hours with photo evidence.

8.3 Approved cases will be resolved through replacement.

  • Refund timelines depend on payment provider processing time
  • Slight variations in colour may occur due to lighting and screen differences
